Location: Chennai /n Department: R&D; - Laboratory / Drilling Fluids Testing /n Experience: 7 - 16 Years /n CTC Range: 8 - 15 LPA /n Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)/B.E. (Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering) /n Job Responsibilities: /n /n

- Perform laboratory testing and evaluation of drilling fluids using standard testing procedures and instruments.

/n

- Conduct hot rolling, rheological, filtration, electrical stability, mud density, and aging tests for drilling fluids.

/n

- Operate laboratory equipment such as roller ovens, viscometers, mixers, filtration units, aging cells, and weighing balances.

/n

- Record, analyze, and document test results accurately in laboratory reports.

/n

- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and safe operation.

/n





- Follow laboratory safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

/n

- Coordinate test activities independently, as the laboratory operates separately from the R&D; facility.

/n

- Provide technical support and share test data with internal teams when required.

/n /n Required Skills: /n /n

- Hands-on experience in drilling fluids testing (oil-based and water-based systems).

/n

- Proficiency in laboratory instruments used for mud testing and analysis.

/n

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

/n

- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

/n

- Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
