Medinex Workforce is hiring Lab Technician Interns for a full-time internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to laboratory support activities, sample handling, basic testing assistance, equipment preparation, documentation, safety practices, and healthcare process coordination.

Responsibilities

Assist in basic laboratory support activities under proper supervision.

Support sample collection, labeling, handling, and documentation processes as assigned.

Prepare lab materials, equipment, and work areas for routine procedures.

Assist in specimen processing and basic testing-related support tasks when required.

Maintain accurate records of samples, reports, and assigned lab activities.

Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.

Help clean, organize, and maintain lab equipment and workstations.

Report any sample, equipment, or documentation issues to the concerned team.

Coordinate with healthcare or lab staff to understand daily task requirements.

Support inventory tracking for basic lab supplies and consumables.

Maintain confidentiality while handling patient or healthcare-related information.

Complete assigned laboratory support tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of sample handling and laboratory safety is preferred.

Familiarity with diagnostic lab processes or healthcare documentation is an advantage.

Understanding of quality control or infection control basics is helpful.

Academic, clinical, or internship-level laboratory exposure is welcome.

Good organizational skills and attention to accuracy are preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Workplace: On-site / As per assignment requirement

Location: India

Duration: 1 to 3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
