nWe are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting.
n
- Handle WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing activities.
n
- Create and manage Zoom & Microsoft Teams meeting/webinar links.
n
- Coordinate webinars and prepare registration & attendance reports.
n
- Provide basic L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues.
n
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
n
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational reports.
n




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support.
n
- Good knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, AI Platforms.
n
- Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office.
n
- Good communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
