We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.
What You’ll Do
Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation
Support daily kitchen and catering production
Learn qualified cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems
Assist with events and live counters when required
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Participate in new dish and recipe trials
Who We’re Looking For
Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates
Passionate about food and eager to learn
Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude and strong team player
Hands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.
