The candidate will need to perform:

- Develop a holistic staffing model, providing strategic insight using data-driven analytics to forecast future staffing needs, skills, and availability.
- Collaborate with Service Network and Line Leaders to understand resourcing needs and provide appropriate hiring or loaning recommendations.
- Manage workforce capacity planning, periodic reporting, and day-to-day deliverables.
- Analyze forecast, utilization, hiring, and bench status, and propose corrective measures.
- Review and analyze capacity and demand forecasts to determine resourcing needs.
- Oversee various dashboards (weekly/monthly) for forecasting, demand pipeline, and hiring.
- Drive standardization of resource management processes across business capabilities and geographies.
- Participate actively in meetings with external and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis of forecast/plan vs actuals,



including hours and utilization.
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ Resource Managers, providing guidance and support.
- Create an efficient and collaborative team environment, promoting respect, celebrating successes, and enabling work-life balance.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in different disciplines such as HR, Recruiting, Operations, F&A; and other resource management teams
- Build credibility with Network and Line Leaders, becoming a trusted advisor to the business.
- Provide expertise on tools and reports, addressing any queries from the team and delivery.
- Motivate the team to generate and implement cutting-edge ideas for resource management.
