Summary We are looking for a Key Account Manager - OHT to drive business development, key account management, sales, and channel expansion across Bihar and Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in Off-Highway Tyres, Mining Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment, Industrial Tyres, or related industries, with strong exposure to mining and infrastructure segments. The role requires strong sales, customer relationship management, market development, and technical understanding of tyre applications.

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand | Bihar & Jharkhand Coverage

Responsibilities

- Driving business development, sales growth, and market expansion across Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Managing key accounts across mining, earthmoving, industrial, and infrastructure segments while building strong customer relationships.
- Expanding the OHT sales and channel network through dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Conducting customer and mine-site visits, including TKPH, heat, and scrap studies, to assess tyre performance and operating conditions.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and sales performance to identify business opportunities and recommend suitable products.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in OHT Tyres, Mining Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment, Industrial Tyres, or related industries.




- Strong exposure to mining, infrastructure, earthmoving, or industrial customer segments with proven key account and business development experience.
- Strong understanding of tyre applications, operating conditions, product performance, and technical requirements.
- Strong skills in sales, channel management, customer relationship management, negotiation, and market development.
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, with willingness to travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand.
