About the Role

We are looking for a KYC Verification Trainee to support our KYC & Client Onboarding team. The role involves verifying client information and documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate and timely completion of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify KYC documents and client information submitted during account opening.
- Identify missing, incorrect or mismatched information and coordinate for resolution.




- Perform basic KYC verification and validation checks as per defined processes.
- Update verification status, remarks and client records in internal systems.
- Track pending cases and ensure completion within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for exception and rejected cases.
- Assist with KYC updates, re-verification and audit-related activities.

What We're Looking For

- Any Graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
