About Drawww

We’re Drawww, a creative design agency that likes to think beyond the obvious.

We work across branding, visual communication, social media, campaigns, space design and experiences. Basically, we turn ideas into things people can see, feel and remember.

And now, we’re looking for a Junior Visual Designer to join us.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our creative team on a variety of projects, including:

- Creating visual concepts and design directions for brands
- Designing social media creatives, campaigns and digital content
- Working on branding and visual identity projects
- Creating graphics and visual communication for spaces and experiences
- Developing layouts, presentations, moodboards and design explorations
- Working with typography, colour, imagery, composition and visual systems
- Taking ideas from rough concepts to polished final designs
- Exploring new visual styles, references and creative approaches
- Collaborating with designers, strategists and other team members

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything. But you should have a valuable eye and a hunger to get better.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 1–2 years of experience in graphic/visual design
- Has a robust understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
- Can think conceptually,



not just execute a brief
- Has good attention to detail
- Is comfortable taking feedback and iterating
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Is curious about branding, advertising, spaces, culture and visual trends
- Has a portfolio that shows their thinking and design ability

You should be comfortable with tools such as:

Adobe Illustrator · Photoshop · Premiere Pro

Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or other AI creative tools is a plus.

Bonus points if you…

- Have an interest in space/experience design
- Understand how graphics translate from screen to physical spaces
- Enjoy photography, illustration, typography or motion
- Constantly save references on Pinterest/Instagram/Behance ?
- Can explain why a design works, not just how you made it
