Febla Technologies is looking for a Junior Video Editor who is passionate about creating engaging informational reels, social media content, and advertisement videos for products.

This is not just a role for someone who wants to edit videos. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow creatively, understand advertising, storytelling, branding, and visual direction, and eventually move toward becoming an Ad Director / Creative Director.

? Role Details

- Position: Junior Video Editor
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
- Salary: ₹20,000/month
- Experience Level: Junior / Entry Level
- Freelance: ❌ This is not a freelance position

What You'll Work On
- Edit informational reels and short-form social media videos
- Create and edit advertisement and promotional videos
- Turn raw footage into engaging, structured stories
- Add transitions, captions, graphics, music, and visual effects
- Perform basic color correction and color grading
- Work with the marketing and creative teams on content ideas
- Understand creative briefs and maintain brand consistency
- Organize video assets and manage multiple content projects
- Incorporate feedback and deliver videos on schedule
- Gradually contribute to ad concepts, storytelling, scripting, and creative direction

What We're Looking For
- Valuable foundational knowledge of video editing and video production




- Robust understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or other creative tools
- Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into engaging content
- Willingness to learn and experiment with different ad and reel formats
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
- Ability to work from our Hyderabad office

- Previous experience creating ads or promotional videos
