Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive with experience in travel operations,

itinerary planning, destination research, and client handling. The candidate should be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and customize domestic & international travel itineraries.
- Research destinations, hotels, activities, and travel experiences.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Communicate and coordinate with airlines for bookings, changes, and operational
- requirements.
- Handle sales calls and follow up with prospective clients to understand their travel
- requirements and assist in converting inquiries into bookings.
- Handle client queries and provide complete backend support throughout the trip.
- Manage clients on-ground and coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth travel
- experiences.
- Manage bookings, confirmations,



vouchers, amendments, and cancellations.
- Resolve operational issues and handle last-minute requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team and suppliers for seamless trip execution.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong itinerary-making and research abilities.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle clients and situations calmly under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; travel industry software knowledge is an advantage.
- Degree in Travel & Tourism, or any relevant field
