Role Description The Junior Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages across platforms.

Manager will assist in developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media profiles for reach and performance, and supporting campaign planning. The role also includes collaborating with designers and marketers to create aligned content, tracking basic performance metrics,



and staying informed about emerging social media trends relevant to clients and the agency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to help plan and organize social media campaigns and posting calendars.
