We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and growth-focused Junior Performance Marketer who loves experimenting, solving problems, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work on paid advertising across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other emerging channels when required.
- Research audiences, customer behavior, and competitors.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Assist in creating media plans and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and developers to launch campaigns.
- Test creatives, landing pages, offers, and targeting to improve performance.
- Help set up tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tracking, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare campaign reports and present insights to the team.
- Stay updated with new advertising platforms, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Support lead generation, eCommerce, and brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements





- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and marketing data.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and experiment.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with any advertising platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, Snapchat, etc.).
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, or other analytics tools.
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other marketing AI tools.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or advertising.
