GOTI is expanding and we're looking for a Project Manager.

About The Role

Lead a team of [4–6] designers and developers to deliver Shopify design & development projects end to end

Be the bridge between the delivery team and the client — owning scope, deliverables, timelines, and quality checks so every store we ship is an A+ output, both visually and technically

Run project rhythms: kickoffs, sprint planning, daily standups, client updates, and launch checklists

Troubleshoot within the team — bandwidth management, scope creep, client grievances, timeline mapping — using critical thinking and explicit communication

Co-drive our in-house SaaS product alongside client work: helping shape the roadmap, writing clear requirements, prioritising features, and coordinating design + engineering

Maintain QA standards before handoff — responsiveness, page speed, browser testing, and design fidelity

What we're looking for

[1–4] years of experience managing design or web development projects (agency background is a big plus)





A strong design eye — you can review UI/UX work and give sharp, specific feedback, not just "looks good"

Technical fluency: you understand how Shopify themes, apps, and integrations work, and can hold your own in a conversation with developers. You don't need to code, but you need to know what's hard and what's not

Excellent written and verbal English — most client communication is async

Comfort with tools like Figma, [ClickUp/Notion/Jira/Asana], and Slack

Bonus: prior experience with Shopify Plus, headless builds, or shipping a SaaS product
