The Opportunity

As a Junior Management Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer acquisition, team development, leadership, and business operations.

You’ll receive structured training and mentorship while gradually taking on greater responsibility and preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support customer-focused marketing and acquisition campaigns
- Build robust relationships with customers and clients
- Monitor campaign and team performance
- Develop communication, leadership, and coaching skills
