Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can primarily work on print, signage and day-to-day client design requirements.

This is a hands-on design role. You should be comfortable receiving client content such as text, logos, photographs, dimensions and references, and converting them into clean and professional designs suitable for printing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design flex banners, hoardings and large-format promotional creatives
- Design visiting cards, letterheads and business stationery
- Create sunboard, signage, shop-board and retail branding artwork
- Design posters, flyers, brochures, leaflets and promotional materials
- Work on vinyl graphics, window graphics, wall graphics and other print applications
- Resize and adapt existing artwork into different print dimensions
- Arrange client-provided text, logos and images into clean, balanced layouts
- Select appropriate fonts, typography, colors and visual hierarchy
- Edit and prepare photographs or other assets when required




- Follow existing brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Make client-requested corrections and design revisions
- Prepare accurate print-ready files with proper dimensions, resolution, bleed and color settings
- Coordinate with the printing/production team to make sure artwork can be produced correctly
- Manage multiple small and medium-sized design requirements during the day

What We Are Looking For

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW knowledge is an advantage, especially for print-production work
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color and visual hierarchy
- Ability to design quickly without compromising basic design quality
- Understanding of CMYK, RGB, resolution, DPI, bleed and print dimensions
- Ability to work with measurements in feet, inches, millimetres and pixels
- Basic understanding of large-format printing and production
- Strong attention to spelling, alignment, spacing and artwork accuracy
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert rough content into a finished design
- Comfortable handling revisions and working on multiple projects
- Willingness to learn printing processes, materials and production requirements

Portfolio RequirementApplicants should share a portfolio containing relevant work.

Preference will be given to portfolios showing:

- Flex/banner designs
- Visiting cards
- Posters and flyers
- Signage or shop-board designs
- Brochures/leaflets
- Branding and logo applications
- Other print-related artwork
