Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Harns, you'll:

- Create marketing collateral for both digital and print
- Design visually engaging social media posts and ad creatives
- Edit promotional videos and product explainers for various platforms
- Assist in designing branding assets for campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver on creative briefs
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the Harns brand guidelines
- Take creative ownership from concept to execution with an eye for detail and consistency

- Who is it for This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has 0–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Is proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,



InDesign, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (or any other video editing tools)
- Is comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design creation, image generation, content development, video production, and workflow automation
- Understands visual storytelling and can translate concepts into compelling designs
- Can understand briefs and client tastes quickly, and translate them into thoughtful designs
- Is proactive, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Enjoys working in a quick-paced, collaborative environment
- Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
