Job Title: Junior Editor – AI Design & Creative

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Editor – AI Design & Creative to support the creative team in developing engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, basic graphic design knowledge, and an interest in AI-powered content creation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with visuals, editing images and videos, and learning the latest AI creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and enhance images for digital, social media, website, and print usage.
- Create, modify, and adapt creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Generate high-quality AI-generated images and videos using AI creative tools.
- Perform basic image retouching, compositing, background removal, and colour correction.
- Assist in creating marketing creatives, social media posts, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
- Edit short-form videos using VN Editor or CapCut (cutting, cropping, transitions, basic effects, subtitles).
- Optimize images and videos for various digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across all creative assets.




- Organize and maintain creative files and digital asset libraries.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Stay updated with emerging AI design tools, creative trends, and digital content formats.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and image manipulation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and digital design workflows.
- Basic video editing skills including cutting, cropping, transitions, and resizing.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design, colours, typography, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent AI technologies and creative tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, creative editing, or digital content creation.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and knowledge of AI creative tools are encouraged to apply.
