Summary & Overview of the Position:

As Junior Writer, you will have the prospect to work across markets such as the US, the UK, Singapore, and India and be the corporate storyteller for Company’s clients across industries.

This role demands a highly motivated Content Marketer with proven experience and a strong passion for storytelling. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools, the ability to switch seamlessly between quick-turn tasks and long-term projects, and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure while consistently delivering impactful content. As a Junior Content Writer, you’ll work closely with integrated marketing teams to contribute to content development and support client interactions include and are not restricted to the following.

Content Writing:

- Develop client-specific content aligned with Company’s storytelling approach.
- Understand briefs and create compelling, accurate content within short turnaround times.
- Produce diverse content formats, including blog posts, video scripts

(long-form, short-form, , ads, podcast, others), social media content, press releases, byline articles,



email campaigns, AI-led content, and infographics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, propose fresh content ideas, and help support content strategies.
- Revise content to ensure clarity and adherence to client and company guidelines.
- Edit content based on feedback from senior team members, ensuring quality and relevance.
- Use AI writing tools ethically to enhance content quality.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific guidelines.

Research:

- Conduct research on relevant industry topics to support content creation.
- Identify content gaps and suggest new material to meet client needs.
- Utilize research insights to enhance client campaigns and add value to content projects.
- Manage time effectively, handling multiple projects without compromising quality.

Team Support:

- Collaborate with integrated marketing and content teams to execute content initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams for content-related deliverables.

Additional responsibilities

- Exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality while juggling multiple channels of activity and a demonstrated ability to work independently, managing own time, and prioritizing effectively.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Bachelor's degree in English/ Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Marketing/Advertising. Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of writing ,editing, or content marketing experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and marketing principles.
- Comfort with AI tools for research and content creation.
- Passion for storytelling and curiosity to learn.
- Ability to contribute to blogs, research, video scripts, social posts, bylines, and campaign content.
- Adaptable to different types of assignments and deadlines.
