n At Wilson Composites India LLP, we are manufacturers of custom architectural fiberglass (FRP) and GFRC products for the commercial construction industry. We specialize in design, engineering, and fabrication.

n Job Summary

n We are looking for a Junior BIM Engineer to support our BIM team in creating construction drawings and 3 D models for architectural FRP and GFRC products. The candidate will work under the supervision of the BIM Engineer and will be involved in day-to-day modelling, documentation, and coordination tasks. This role is an excellent chance for an early-career professional to develop hands-on experience with real US commercial construction projects.

n Minimum 45 hours per week. Occasional late evening work may be required to coordinate with the U. S.-based team.

n Key Responsibilities

n The Junior BIM Engineer will assist the BIM Engineer in the following areas:

n BIM Modelling Support

n n Assist in setting up projects in Revit, including creating and managing parametric families

n Support the development of 3 D BIM models for architectural FRP and GFRC products, including:

n Columns, Cupolas, Cornices, Domes, Balustrades, Entryways, and cladding systems

n Work within established BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards

n Support clash detection tasks and flag design conflicts to the BIM Engineer

n n Documentation Support

n n Assist in generating construction documents and drawings from BIM models





n Complete attachment details and markup drawings for company products under supervision

n Help maintain an organized and up-to-date BIM documentation system

n Translate design direction into functional documents with guidance from senior team members

n n Quality & Coordination

n n Support regular quality checks to ensure BIM models meet company and client standards

n Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent model integration

n Follow company protocols for Revit server management and file organization

n n Key Skills & Knowledge Required

n n 1–2 years of experience in BIM modelling or a related role

n Proficiency in Autodesk Revit — Essential

n Working knowledge of Auto CAD or equivalent 2 D drafting software

n Understanding of construction drawings, documentation, and project workflows

n Basic knowledge of BIM standards and LOD concepts

n Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

n Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

n Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role

n n Preferred (in addition to the above)

n n Exposure to or knowledge of American codes, standards, and construction practices

n Experience working on US commercial construction projects — Good to Have

n Familiarity with Bluebeam for drawing review and markup

n Basic awareness of FRP or GFRC products is a plus but not required

n Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
