About the Opportunity

We are looking for an Architect who can translate this vision into functional, elegant, and buildable designs across our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings for residential and commercial projects, from concept stage through to execution.

- Develop and detail floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations in line with project requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility and technical integration.
- Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals, including RERA, municipal corporation, and other regulatory authorities.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, resolve in office design queries, and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from management, consultants, and site execution teams.
- Prepare working drawings, BOQs (in coordination with the estimation team), and material/finishing specifications.
- Research and recommend design trends, materials,



and construction techniques suited to affordable housing without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper documentation of all design drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of design-related site issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution; registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within residential/real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit; working knowledge of 3ds Max or similar rendering tools is a plus.
- Sound understanding of building bye-laws, RERA norms, and local municipal approval processes.
- Strong design sensibility with practical understanding of cost-effective and buildable solutions.
- Good coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (structural, MEP, execution, and sales).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
