- Management reporting For freshers and candidates with limited experience, strong conceptual accounting knowledge, academic performance, analytical ability and willingness to learn will be more important than prior industry experience.

This is not intended to be only a data-entry role. Candidates should have the ability and interest to understand why an accounting entry is passed and its impact on the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
