Title: Account Executive (Junior) - Enterprise AI Voice Automation

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (on-site)

Shift: Overlap with US and EMEA business hours required

Zudu AI builds enterprise AI voice automation: AI Voice Agents, AI Chat Widget, Agent Assist and Conversational Intelligence. We are ISO 27001 certified and DPIIT recognised, and we run production deployments for Kaspersky, TVS Mobility, Aarthi Scans, PFEC Global, ZingMobile and TabSquare.AI across India, APAC, EMEA and North America.

The role

You will own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts, and you will be the first human touchpoint on enterprise opportunities generated by our outbound engine. This is a hands-on selling role, not a coordination role. You will demo the product yourself, handle technical objections yourself and forecast your own pipeline.

What you will own

- Qualify and run discovery on inbound and AI-generated pipeline within 24 hours of lead creation
- Deliver live product demos of voice agents and chat widgets to CX, IT and contact centre leaders
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of 3x quota coverage at all times
- Close SMB and mid-market deals independently, from discovery to signed order form
- Run first calls on enterprise opportunities and hand off clean, documented deals to senior AEs
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in HubSpot: every call logged, every next step dated, every deal stage accurate




- Coordinate pilots and POCs with the solutions team, and drive them to a paid decision
- Report weekly forecast with committed, best case and upside splits

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years in a closing or quota-carrying role at a SaaS, IT services or technology company
- Demonstrated experience selling to or managing clients in the US, UK, EU or ANZ markets
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead a call with a VP or CXO
- Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) as a daily operating system, not an afterthought
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts: APIs, integrations, telephony, contact centre workflows
- Track record you can substantiate with numbers: quota, attainment, deal count, ACV, cycle length
- Willing to work on-site in Chennai with US and EMEA time overlap

Nice to have

- Sold conversational AI, CCaaS, CPaaS, contact centre software or automation tooling
- Experience with pilots, POCs or technical evaluations as part of the sales cycle
- Exposure to procurement, security reviews or vendor onboarding processes
- Second language relevant to our markets
