Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records and supporting senior accounts personnel in financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and purchase bills
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in GST calculation, filing, and compliance
- Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports




- Support in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PT, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist during audits and provide required documentation
- Monitor site-level accounting transactions (Real Estate projects)

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory Additional certification in Accounting/Taxation (preferred) 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage

Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Good understanding of real estate accounting practices (preferred) Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
