About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that outstanding design is not just about aesthetics—it should communicate clearly, strengthen brands, drive engagement, and support lead generation.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content across digital campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and business communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for Social Media, Digital Ads, Emailers, Landing Pages & Websites
- Create performance-focused creatives for LinkedIn, Google Ads and marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing collaterals including Brochures, Flyers, Visiting Cards, Booklets & Coffee Table Books
- Design Infographics, Presentations, Pitch Decks and B2B communication assets
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across digital and offline platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns,



content and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives
- Translate complex business and technology concepts into clear, engaging visual communication

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign knowledge is an advantage
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Ads, Landing Pages & Email Design
- Ability to design for both digital and print/offline media
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy and visual storytelling
- Understanding of B2B branding and business communication
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation, image generation and design automation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design with exposure to Digital Marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding and offline design capabilities
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and content-driven design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Pune-based candidates only
