- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Generate revenue and drive business growth
- Mentor, train, and support team members for better performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Coordinate site visits and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Track team performance and achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales goals

Who Can Apply?

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Experience in real estate sales is preferred

Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals

Team handling experience is an added advantage (for managerial roles)

Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply for the Senior Sales Associate role
