Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to handle enquiries and drive sales of domestic and international holiday packages.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, positive knowledge of travel destinations, and experience in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customers' travel requirements, budgets and preferences.
- Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries and holiday packages.
- Prepare and share customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers and other travel services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation for smooth execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and conversions.
- Achieve monthly individual sales and revenue targets.




- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in holiday package/travel sales is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
- Comfortable handling leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Target-oriented with a strong follow-up approach.
- Candidates from travel agencies, tour operators or holiday companies will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary 40,000 50,000 per month, depending on experience, destination knowledge, communication skills and previous sales performance.
