Hiring: Jio Point Lead (JPL) – Chakan Location: Chakan, Maharashtra Role: Jio Point Lead (JPL) We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented skilled to manage and grow Jio Point channel operations in the assigned territory. ? Key ResponsibilitiesDrive channel expansion and strengthen the retail footprint in the assigned territory. Monitor and improve the performance of Jio Points and retail outlets . Achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and business growth targets .

Ensure operational governance, compliance, and process adherence across Jio Points. Drive team productivity through daily performance monitoring, target setting, and goal alignment . Deliver an excellent customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

Coach, train, motivate, and evaluate internal teams and channel partners . Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners to improve business performance.



Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives for customer acquisition and revenue growth .

Maintain operational hygiene and ensure adherence to defined business processes and compliance standards . Track key business metrics and take corrective actions to improve overall Jio Point performance. ? Ideal CandidateGood communication, leadership, and team-management skills. Strong understanding of sales, retail, and channel operations .

Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple Jio Points and channel partners effectively. Candidates with relevant experience in sales, retail, telecom, FMCG, or channel management will be preferred. ? Interested?
