Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications and enterprise solutions.
- Lead technical design, development and implementation activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop high-performance, reliable and maintainable applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
- Guide and mentor developers and provide technical direction.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills
