Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance application architectures while defining coding, security, and development best practices.
- Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or AWS.
- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements, estimation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Own project delivery to ensure initiatives are completed within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, including automation of build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, technical ownership, collaboration, and delivery accountability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, architecture, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery.




- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for security, architecture, code quality, performance, governance, and production stability, while driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 10 years of experience in software/application development with significant technical leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular.
- Hands-on experience with OCI and/or AWS Cloud.
- Robust understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, REST APIs, application architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in project delivery, team leadership, stakeholder management, estimation, and risk management.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
