Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Pune, India

Work Model: Work from Customer Office – 5 days per week

We are looking for experienced Java Full Stack Developers to join a technology team supporting a leading global payments and technology organization in Pune. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across the backend and frontend.

This is an urgent requirement, with candidates expected to be available to start from 1 September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and Angular.
- Develop scalable and high-performance backend services and REST APIs.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular.
- Design and implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Containerize applications and support deployment using Docker.
- Work closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Identify and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Follow enterprise development standards, security practices, and Agile methodologies.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of overall software development experience, with relevant experience aligned to the role.
- Solid hands-on experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Good hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong frontend development experience using Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the customer office in Pune, 5 days per week.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with automated testing and application performance optimization.
