- Configure and maintain Linux-based fleet devices.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AI dashcams, GPS trackers, and related hardware.
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics and replace faulty components whenever required.
- Maintain installation records, inventory logs, and service reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth deployment activities.
- Support field engineers during device installation, maintenance, and customer visits.
- Record device serial numbers, installation details, and customer information accurately.
- Travel to client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support whenever required.
