Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Admissions Consultant who will mentor students through their entire study abroad journey — from profile building to final university applications. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, storytelling (essays), and hands-on execution to maximize admission outcomes at top global universities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Profile Building & Strategy

- Conduct in-depth student profiling sessions (academics, extracurriculars, goals)
- Design a personalized roadmap for each student (6–18 months horizon)
- Identify gaps and recommend:
- Internships
- Research projects
- Competitions / Olympiads
- Leadership initiatives
- Guide students in building a spike-based profile (not generic activities)

2. Essay Mentorship & Storytelling

- Guide students on:
- Personal Statement (Common App / UCAS / others)
- Supplemental / University-specific essays
- Help students develop authentic narratives aligned with their profile
- Review, edit, and refine essays to top-tier quality
- Ensure essays reflect clarity, depth, and differentiation

3. Application Management

- End-to-end application handling:
- University shortlisting (Ambitious, Target, Protected)
- Application timelines & tracking
- Activity list structuring (Common App Activities Section)
- Review all submissions for accuracy and impact
- Coordinate with students for LORs, transcripts, and documentation

4. PPE (Passion Project / Profile Enhancement) Delivery

- Conceptualize and guide PPE (Passion Project Experience) for each student
- Help students execute:




- Research papers / publications
- Social impact initiatives
- Startups / independent projects
- Internships or domain-specific work
- Ensure outcomes are tangible, high-impact, and application-ready

5. Parent & Student Communication

- Conduct regular progress updates with parents and students
- Manage expectations and timelines professionally
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey

6. Outcome Optimization

- Track student progress and continuously refine strategy
- Ensure high-quality submissions aligned with top university standards
- Aim for strong admission outcomes (Top 50 / Ivy League / Global Top Universities)
