Asija & Associates LLP — a 40-year-solid Chartered Accountancy firm delivering trusted Financial & Advisory services — is looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Lucknow.

? Location: Lucknow

? Job Type: Full Time

? Key Requirements1. Hardware & Device Maintenance

- Troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops and peripheral devices
- Hardware assembly, RAM/Hard Drive upgrades and system cleaning
- Installation and troubleshooting of printers, scanners and MFDs
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, projectors, biometric systems, RF devices and other office equipment

2. Software, OS & Application Management

- Installation and configuration of Windows 7, 10 & 11
- Software, drivers and application installation and updates
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and OneDrive setup
- Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, including PST/OST backup, migration and recovery

3. Networking & Infrastructure

- Understanding of OSI Model and TCP/IP
- LAN/Wi-Fi configuration and IP address management
- Basic configuration of switches, routers and access points
- Knowledge of DHCP & DNS




- Network troubleshooting using Ping, Traceroute and IP configuration tools

4. Remote Support & User Assistance

- Providing remote support through RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk or similar tools
- Promptly resolving day-to-day technical issues faced by employees
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills

? Ideal Candidate
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
