Job Title: IT Talent Advisor | Chennai | Remote

We are hiring an IT Talent Advisor for a remote contract opportunity with a leading global financial services organization, with robust potential for conversion to a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will have 8.6+ years of overall recruitment experience, including strong IT and corporate recruitment experience, with expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, market intelligence, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from requirement briefing, sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation and closure.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
- Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Execute robust sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, social recruiting and other channels.
- Conduct talent-market research and competitive intelligence to provide insights on talent availability and hiring trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and third-party recruitment vendors.
- Support recruitment campaigns, talent-pool development and special TA initiatives.
- Provide recruitment data,



market insights and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, risk controls and applicable employment regulations.

Must-Have Skills
- 8.6+ years of overall recruitment experience
- Strong IT recruitment experience
- Strong corporate/in-house recruitment experience
- End-to-end / full-cycle recruitment
- Talent sourcing and pipeline development
- Recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Hiring-manager and stakeholder management
- Talent-market research / competitive intelligence
- Strong communication and offer negotiation skills
- Experience with lateral and specialized technology hiring
- Knowledge of recruitment/employment compliance, including EEO, ADA and applicable labor regulations
- Qualification-Master's degree
- Global recruitment experience needed

Work Details

Location: Chennai – MGR Salai

Current Work Model: Remote

Upon Conversion: Hybrid – Chennai

Contract Duration: 6–12 months

Conversion: Client reserves the right to convert the candidate to full-time

Important: Candidates should be based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai, as the role may become hybrid upon full-time conversion.
