We are looking for a versatile IT Sales & Support Executive to handle IT sales activities and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, promoting IT solutions, and providing technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads, identify potential clients, and promote IT products and services.
- Handle client calls, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within the required timeframe.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer requirements, support requests, and resolutions.




- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical issues and product/service delivery.

Qualification

- Graduation / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, technical support, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in both sales and IT support will be preferred.
