Job Overview

Wizmonk OPC Private Limited is looking for confident, target-oriented, and enthusiastic IT Sales Executives with excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting IT services, generating leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email, social media, references, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C clients for IT services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospective clients.
- Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and client presentations.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and sales activities.
- Stay updated with current IT services, digital solutions, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development will be preferred.
- Graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients over phone, email, and online meetings.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software, digital marketing, web development, or technology solutions will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
