About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn IT recruitment, and the ability to identify and engage with suitable candidates.

Freshers with strong communication skills and candidates with up to 3 years of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job opportunities, roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.




- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations wherever required.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
- Track interview feedback, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
- Good sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical Job Descriptions.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean Search is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree / MBA / PG in HR or a related discipline.
- Freshers: Solid communication skills and interest in recruitment.
- 1–3 Years: Prior experience in IT / Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition preferred.
