About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in leading complex technology projects, preferably within the Supply Chain, Procurement, or Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing enterprise technology solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage technology initiatives related to Supply Chain, Procurement, ERP, and Construction Management systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive stakeholder communication through regular status reports, steering committee updates, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance,



quality standards, and security requirements.
- Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation activities.
- Mentor project teams and promote best practices in project management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing projects in the Supply Chain, Procurement, or Construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are preferred.
