Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter – Fresher to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and assisting in hiring suitable IT candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Understand basic IT/technical job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Assist the HR/recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
- Use LinkedIn and basic AI/recruitment tools for candidate sourcing.





Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant domain is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and IT/technical roles.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Must have a reliable/high-speed Wi-Fi connection at home.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
