IT Governance specialist
Key responsibilities
- Documentation management
- Assist Document Authors and Owners write and publish IT-department wide documents, like processes, procedures and internal standards
- Maintain the catalogue of documentation, perform periodic reviews and keep the documentation current in coordination with the Document Owners
- Process Modeling
- Use the BPMN to model processes within the IT Process Landscape
- Assist the Process Owners with definition, mapping and modeling of the process diagrams
- Maintain the catalogue of process diagrams, perform periodic reviews and keep the diagrams current in coordination with the Process Owners
- Knowledge Management
- Assist Knowledge base Category Owners in creation of knowledge articles
- Manage the Knowledge base structure
- Manage regular reporting / generate reports
- IT Quality / Audits
- Communicate with internal colleagues and external parties (like Auditors..)
- Assist in gathering and documenting information and evidence for Internal and External IT Audits
- Implement improvement measures identified within the Audits
Education / skill set
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent qualified experience may also be accepted in lieu of formal education
- Knowledge of standard for Quality in documentation, like ISO9001 or similar
- Previous experience in managing corporate records in databases and systems is required
- Previous experience in the area of governance highly preferred
- Previous experience conducting or supporting audit procedures highly preferred
- ITILv4 (especially Knowledge Management, Measurement and Reporting and Continual Improvement practices)
- BPMN
- English working proficiency (spoken and written) is required
