Role Description The International Travel Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Mohpa. This role is responsible for selling international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and ancillary services, while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; understanding client preferences and budgets; preparing customized itineraries; and providing accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel insurance.

The consultant will handle booking processes in travel systems or GDS platforms, manage changes and cancellations, and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other partners to resolve issues.



The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, meeting sales targets, preparing quotations, and documenting all interactions in CRM tools to support smooth operations and follow-ups.

Qualifications

- Experience in international travel sales or a related customer-facing role, with the ability to understand client needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, basic office software, and (ideally) travel booking or GDS systems.
- Customer service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in handling schedule changes, disruptions, and urgent client requests.
- Knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements, or willingness to learn quickly and stay current with industry updates.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohpa on a full-time schedule, collaborating closely with colleagues and operations teams.
- Preferred: prior experience in a travel agency, BPO travel process, or hospitality; formal education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
