Job Summary:

Tracknovate is looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive global business growth for its Fuel sensor, GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, and fleet management solutions. The role will focus on international client acquisition, sales strategy, relationship management, revenue growth, and leading the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute international sales strategies across target global markets.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and acquire international B2B clients for Tracknovate's GPS, telematics, and IoT solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients and business partners.
- Conduct product presentations, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Lead, mentor,



and manage the International Sales/BD team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and manage the sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle negotiations, client concerns, and escalations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Identify new international markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on global market trends, competitors, and developments in telematics, GPS, and IoT.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B international sales and client acquisition.
- Strong experience in team handling, sales target management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
