About abcoffee abcoffee is a fast-growing coffee brand focused on building a high-energy, customer-first café experience. As we scale across locations, we are looking for an Internal Auditor to strengthen our financial and operational controls across stores.

Key Responsibilities

- - Conduct regular internal and store audits across abcoffee outlets.

- Audit cash handling, POS transactions, discounts, refunds, voids, and billing.

- Conduct inventory and stock audits, including consumption, wastage, and stock variance.

- Identify financial leakages, discrepancies, and control gaps.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational processes.

- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.

- Review store-level expenses, purchase records, and supporting documentation.

- Prepare audit reports with clear findings and recommended corrective actions.





- Coordinate with Store Operations and Finance teams to close audit observations.

- Track recurring issues and support implementation of preventive controls.

- Conduct surprise audits and periodic checks across stores as required.

Candidate Profile

- - 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit / Store Audit / Operations Audit / Loss Prevention.

- Experience in QSR, café, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or FMCG preferred.

- Good understanding of inventory, cash management, POS, and operational controls.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and audit reporting.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Comfortable with store visits and travel within Mumbai.

- Should be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
