Role Description The Intern Growth Marketing role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting growth initiatives across PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital services. In this role, the intern will assist with planning and executing growth campaigns, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention activities across digital channels.

Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing marketing data, identifying growth opportunities, supporting content and social media campaigns, and coordinating with sales and product teams on lead generation efforts.



The intern will help track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute ideas for experiments and growth hacks to improve conversion and brand awareness. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced EdTech setting and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven growth decisions.
- Effective communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.
- Interest or foundational experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or experiment-driven optimization.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to support lead generation, funnel management, and customer outreach.
- Organized approach to project management, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics dashboards) is beneficial.
- Curiosity about EdTech, AI, and digital transformation, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
