Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors; supervising site teams; monitoring material usage; and resolving on-site issues.

Supervisor will also track progress against project schedules, maintain site documentation, and provide regular updates to management. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining neat and organized work areas, and supporting clients with clear communication regarding site activities and milestones.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising interior projects or construction sites, with strong knowledge of fit-out, carpentry, electrical, and finishing work.




- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and specifications, and translate them into clear instructions for site teams.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for working with clients, designers, vendors, and labor teams.
- Proficiency in basic project tracking, site reporting, and documentation, including daily progress logs.
- Sound understanding of safety practices and compliance requirements at construction and interior sites.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions on-site to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
- Prior experience in interior contracting, architecture, civil engineering, or related fields; a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule as required by project timelines and site conditions.
