Role Description The Interior Fit-out Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects, including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods as per project requirements. The executive will process purchase requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and maintain accurate purchase records.

Daily tasks include coordinating with project, design,



and finance teams to align material availability with project timelines, evaluating vendor performance, and optimizing costs without compromising quality. The role also requires monitoring inventory levels for ongoing projects, resolving purchase-related issues, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, with hands-on experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization for interior fit-out materials.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prior experience in interior fit-out or construction purchasing is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems and basic MS Office proficiency is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with timelines, and analytical skills for comparing quotations and vendor performance.
