About the RoleThe internship Program brings together experiences that will help our co-ops and interns develop both personally and professionally, Students pursuing their undergraduate and post-graduate degree programs wherein internship is a mandatory requirement of the curriculum or those who have completed their studies and are looking for a short work experience.

What You Will Do

- Assist with lab setup and maintenance activities to support smooth day-to-day lab operations.
- Manage test equipment inventory, asset tracking, and related documentation.
- Support test bench preparation, upkeep, and readiness for ongoing validation activities.
- Coordinate logistics related to lab assets, consumables,



and equipment movement.
- Provide general administrative support for lab operations, including coordination, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Help create flexibility across the lab by supporting multiple ongoing projects as needed.

What You Need to Be Successful

- Diploma in electronics or BE/B. Tech in Electronics or similar technical degree.
- Knowledge of Embedded Python/Java programming.
- Basic Knowledge of OS.
- Keep self learning, updated with industry trends and upcoming technology.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Interact and work with peers within team, for Program/Product success.
- Adhere to HARMAN’s policies, code of conduct, and project quality standards in all assigned tasks.

What Makes You Eligible

- Hands-on experience in debugging, and troubleshooting is required.
- Take initiative to achieve superior, quality results against internal or external standards of excellence.
