Key ResponsibilitiesSurvey & Measurements
- Conduct site surveys and measurements with junior designers.
- Verify site dimensions and site conditions.
- Guide junior team members during surveys.

Design Development

- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
- Create detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, functionality, and aesthetics.

Technical Documentation

Prepare detailed working drawings including:
- Furniture Drawings
- Ceiling Plans
- Electrical Layouts
- Flooring Layouts
- Joinery Details
- Coordinate drawings with Architectural and MEP consultants.
- Ensure drawings are site-feasible and construction-ready.

Client Interaction

- Attend client meetings and presentations.
- Explain design concepts and material selections.
- Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.

Site Supervision

- Conduct regular site visits.
- Ensure execution matches approved drawings.
- Resolve site-related design issues.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with junior designers and draftsmen.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Support senior designers on complex projects.

Project Management

- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in BOQs and material estimation.

Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
