Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Chennai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating 2D floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and detailed technical drawings, while developing 3D interior models and high-quality photorealistic renders. The role involves conducting site visits and measurements, incorporating client and team feedback into design revisions, and ensuring accuracy and consistency between site measurements, 2D drawings, and 3D models.

Daily responsibilities include working with industry-standard interior design, drafting, 3D modelling, and rendering software, maintaining strong attention to detail and technical accuracy, and selecting and applying appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and furniture to achieve the desired design intent.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong skills in Interior Design, Space Planning,



and preparation of 2D floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Proficiency in developing 3D interior models and producing high-quality photorealistic renders.
- Experience conducting site visits, taking accurate measurements, and translating site conditions into drawings and 3D models.
- Ability to incorporate client and team feedback and efficiently execute design revisions.
- Strong understanding of technical accuracy and coordination between site measurements, 2D drawings, and 3D models.
- Proficiency in industry-standard interior design, drafting, 3D modelling, and rendering software.
- Robust knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and their application in interior design.
- Excellent attention to detail, visual communication, and technical accuracy.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
