Looking for an experienced Healthcare Interior Designer / Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare projects . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetic, and execution-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities .
- Develop detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations .
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and colour schemes based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements, approvals, and revisions.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and execution team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct site visits and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that designs are accurately executed in office.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation .
- Manage design revisions while maintaining quality, budget, and project timelines .
- Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project schedules.
